Blue Grama Design is by Janelle Borsberry, a landscape designer and visual artist.

I grew up in in the upper valley of El Paso Texas, where my love of the desert and its flora began. Having spent years working with and studying native plants in California, in recent years I returned home to the Chihuahuan desert to work with its unique plants. I live in the small town of Marfa, in the biodiverse Big Bend region of Texas. My goal is to make beautiful landscapes that nourish wildlife, soil, homeowner and community.

I have a BFA in studio art from the University of Texas at Austin and an MFA in studio art from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, CA. I am currently completing an online certificate of horticulture through UCLA Extension.
